The objective of this project is to develop and sustain the regional supply of food for the 120 organizations accredited by Moisson Estrie and SOS Dépannage Moisson Granby.
A low-cost local meat supply project that aims to serve the 120 accredited community organizations in the Eastern Townships. Viande Solidaire is part of community development and the fight against food waste.

Several initiatives are currently being implemented by Moisson Estrie and SOS Dépannage Moisson Granby. These are based on the creation of collaborative supply models and the development of partnerships with market gardeners in the Estrie region with a view to food solidarity.
