Joining forces to feed our world

Moisson Estrie and Moisson Granby are pillars in the fight against food insecurity in the Estrie region. Together, they support more than 300 people every day and feed a network of 120 community organizations. Thanks to their food processing capacity,
They also take concrete action against waste.

Since 2023, they have been jointly leading an ambitious regional project:

Supply and fight against food insecurity, with the mission
to increase the collective capacity for action through concrete strategies and adapted infrastructures.

To move this meaningful project forward, we are looking for a committed, collaborative and dynamic person to support regional coordination.

Your role

You will contribute to the development of
procurement strategies, to the implementation of solidarity partnerships
(such as Solidarity Meat and Solidarity Market Gardeners ), and to the
regional mobilization around food security. You will have an impact
real, on the scale of an entire territory.

Your responsibilities

• Co-lead the regional working committee (7 to 9 people) and contribute to its directions
• Develop and support solidarity partnerships across the Eastern Townships
• Building lasting relationships with local experts and partners
• Create clear and engaging communication tools
• Support collective infrastructure initiatives (recovery, transformation,
  storage, etc.)
